不滿：登記入住、聯絡溝通、地點和房源資料準確度
Communication with the host was virtually nonexistent. I expect a phone number, with a person to talk with who actually speaks English. Prepared texts on Gmail doesn't cut it. We had the code to the cipher lock but it never said if we were in unit A,B,C or D so we just kept putting the code in until something opened. I saw the Stagecoach Condo sign the next day in the crappy covered stairwell. The pictures in no way represented the 61 steps you had to descend to reach the condo. The pictures were actually of the building next door and google maps kept showing it around the curve and down the hill. The address was on a board about 8 inches long. We were on motorcycles and rode by this place 3 times before we saw it. The condo is at least 50 ft below street level. You can barely see the roof, even after you know where it is. The beds were clean, the washer and dryer worked, there was plenty of coffee with a coffee maker that worked. The kitchen table had grooves in it that need cleaning along with the kitchen table legs. The window sills and tracks also need cleaning. The guest instruction booklet needs a serious update. The wifi never worked. We pirated off the neighbor. The steps to get down to the condo need to be replaced. They are borderline dangerous. We were a group of four 70 year old men on motorcycles. Had I know we'd have to descend and climb 61 steps I'd have never rented this place. Stagecoach Condo does not get my recommendation.
