On the ground floor, there is a large living and dining room, a small kitchen, a separate toilet, a separate small shower, and a bedroom for two people.

The kitchen is fully equipped with a four-burner gas stove, a dishwasher, a refrigerator with a freezer compartment, an extractor hood, and a microwave.

The living room has cable TV, Wi-Fi, air conditioning, and gas heating.

The spiral staircase to the first floor is located in the living room.

On the first floor, there is a bedroom for two people. A cot and highchair are also provided.

Outside, there is an enclosed courtyard with a shed and a seating area.
