「The staff was helpful, but the property itself was not accessible, the side entrances didn't work, and it had a weird smell.」

「The swiming pool waas drained and unusable. Checkin was easy. There was no booklet in the room that showed times of continental breakfast, checkout time, no Do Not DISTURB sign on door that we could put out, etc. and things to do around town. The pillows were very flat and no extra pillows. The AC just blew forward. It was a place to stay, reasonable price. Staff was friendly and nice.」

「The staff were friendly and kind. However, the beds were not comfortable to sleep on. One bed frame was completely broken, and sticking out further then the bed. Staff simply put a blanket over it to cover the fact that it was sticking out, I ran my shin into the bed frame. Ouch! My friend also had to sleep on top of the pillows provided to get comfortable. The room could have been cleaner, along with the bathroom. Breakfast, included coffee, yogurt, soft frozen waffles, prepackaged boiled eggs...

「Expedia listed the stay at $72 after all fees. I was charged an extra $9 for booking fee at check-in. This isn’t the reason for poor ratings. Rated poorly due to the terrible bed, bathroom and poor condition of the room overall. I’d suggest skipping the Budget Inn of Long Prairie,MN.」
