“This was my first experience with VRBO and am very disappointed with my stay. Ironically the host attempted to blame me for my complaint by stating I have been the only guest who complained of the cigarette smoke smell. The person below me smoked and each time he would supposedly go outside to smoke, I could smell the smoke as if he was in the next room. Speaking of the next room, the spare (the room w/two beds) smelled like an ashtray. The host has five air fresheners in the home, which tells……

“The property manager took an hour to communicate back with me after being locked out and given the incorrect access code in the booking. The phone number listed was a business number not open on the weekends. The host made me feel like I was stupid and at the wrong property. This is the worst experience I have ever had using a vacation property rental host. ”

“Perfect location for anyone wanting to hang out in downtown Northfield. Easy parking and walkability. Note that the bed is a double, not a King. We didn't mind at all and the listing states it clearly as well. Hosts are extremely responsive when messaged. ”
