This charming T-shaped farmhouse from 1875 in peaceful Steenderen combines rustic charm with modern comforts. It features a cozy living room with TV, a fully equipped kitchen, and a large dining area. Three bedrooms provide comfortable sleeping, and a private Finnish sauna offers relaxation. Outside, the garden boasts multiple terraces, a barbecue, an outdoor fireplace, and stunning views across the fields. Pets are welcome, with plenty of space to play and explore. The farmhouse is ideally located for exploring the surrounding countryside and nearby Hanseatic cities of Zutphen and Deventer, with scenic riverside walks and nature trails. Local restaurants serve Dutch cuisine and regional specialties, while supermarkets, public transport, and electric car charging stations are close by, making it a perfect blend of relaxation, culture, and convenience.
Optional Utilities & Service Package
An optional utilities and service package of EUR 225,00 can be selected prior to your arrival. You will receive a separate communication with the payment link should you wish to include it.
This package ensures a seamless stay and conveniently covers services such as final cleaning, utility consumption, service support, and protection against minor damages or incidental costs during your stay.
Guests who prefer may manage these services independently, provided the property is returned in good order at check-out.

Schöne Unterkunft

Wir waren dort mit 7 Personen und wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Gastgeber waren sehr freundlich. Die Unterkunft bietet auch im Außenbereich viele Sitzmöglichkeiten mit Sonnenschirmen teilweise auch mit Überdachung und einen Gasgrill. . Wir fanden die Unterkunft für eine große Familie sehr gut und wir können diese nur weiter empfehlen.
