The house overall was nice. I looked at three different sites before booking and all sites said it slept six. In reality it only sleeps four. This mistake has obviously happened before as the owner provided blow up mattresses. Which is nice, but they are not the most comfortable. There was a leak coming from the freezer dripping into the fridge which ruined some food we had in the fridge. It would have been nice if the front grass was cut.

Anniversary Scalloping Trip

The house was quite Lovely! It has an old-fashioned Florida feel. The two bedrooms & 2 bathrooms were perfect for two couples traveling together. Each couple had their own space. Sarah (the housekeeper) was so Welcoming and hospitable. She was there for any question we had and even gave us a recommendation for a fishing trip. The house is located in a quiet neighborhood... Away from all the noise... But, close to everything like grocery, dollar stores, hardware, and restaurants. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay & hope to be back! Thank You!

Fun time at the Hatch

The owner and his property manager were very welcoming and attentive to our needs. It was a very, very hot time of summer and the front porch was enjoyed early in the morning and after a welcomed rain when it cooled off. The house was clean and comfortable with a large dining table for everyone to enjoy meals together. There were numerous ceiling fans throughout as well as smaller fans upstairs which were needed the first night. The queen beds upstairs had comfortable mattresses. There was enough space downstairs in the living room to use the two queen size 24” high air mattresses we brought with no problem. We did deflate one during the day. The kitchen was spacious and great for meal prep. A new gas grill was available on the back covered porch, and the fencing was excellent if you had a pet. Great to be in a quiet neighborhood away from the crowded downtown area during scalloping season. Thanks for the opportunity to enjoy your home!
