“While the listing mentions a possible back rental, this property is permanently occupied with cars in the driveway. The neighborhood was not the greatest and also consistently had spiders in the house. Over the course of 4 nights and 3 days we killed between 6-10. The 3 bedrooms were fine and the kitchen was good, but the full bathroom was meh, specifically the shower.”

“The condo was very clean and comfortable for 2 people. We enjoyed the outdoor chairs looking at the sculpture garden. Check-in was easy and Rose was quick to answer any questions we had. We were even greeted by a friendly family relative that lived across the street as we were moving in. The location was perfect for walking to restaurants, shopping, and the riverwalk. The kitchen supplies were fine for a long weekend, but we would prefer more dishes and cooking utensils if we would plan to stay……

“Our family is from Pueblo so I know the area. This is close to downtown on the East side so it's a bit...rough. But that's Pueblo in general. The complex has great security, new fence, and the apartment was updated, very clean, and plenty of fans and stayed cool (Pueblo can get HOT). Owner/Landlord has done a great job keeping it up. The doors have coded locks that change with each tenant which is great! There is a park down the road if you need to run a dog or kids or whatever. 4 min from the……

“We spent Thanksgiving 2023 at this property while we were in Pueblo visiting family. We LOVED it! The home was beautiful and clean. We cooked Thanksgiving dinner at the property and even had our aunt who lives in the area join us for the meal. The large open-concept layout was perfect for chatting while preparing the food. Our 7 yo son enjoyed the video games downstairs. The fenced yard was huge and very well maintained. We traveled with a pet and he loved exploring all the trees and bushes.……

“Spacious living area. We used all three main floor bedrooms. I cannot imagine putting anyone in the basement bedroom, but we did appreciate the large sized washer and dryer down there! We walked the neighborhood around the college campus and discovered the Einstein Bagels, a great place for a very early breakfast.”

“This property was probably one of the best stocked VRBOs we have been at. There was everything we need. My daughter played with the toys they had and completely ignored her own stuff from home. The deck is incredible and the views were wonderful. The beds and bathrooms were comfortable and well stocked, just remember to bring shampoo and conditioner those were not provided. Would highly recommend this property!”

“Such a beautiful house on a beautiful piece of land. I would advise you hit up the grocery store and gas station before making your way down the dirt roads to the house. The closest grocery store is about 20-25 min away. The house was fairly well equipped unlike many of the vrbo rentals we have stayed before. We got hit with a big snow storm and the people living on the property (I was told relatives of the property owner) were kind enough to help us get the snow away from the car and drive……
