「For all those looking to stay close to TSU, this little beauty is your answer. Super clean, attractive decor, and delightfully felt like home away from home. Every coffee shop within minutes. A variety of quick food or sit down meals within minutes—and of course a beautiful kitchen ready for your own! The quaint (and very quiet) downtown neighborhood made our trip relaxed and cozy. Another stay will be an easy choice! Highly recommended!!」

「What a great house! We were in town for my son’s graduation from Tarleton and this house is in the PERFECT place! We were mere steps away from the new EECU! The host had the perfect touches to this super cute house.. comfortable beds, great open concept in the kitchen and living room, and even some welcome snacks and cold waters in the fridge! I had several questions before we arrived and she was always so quick to answer. I highly recommend this for your next stay in Stephenville!」

「Updated nicely. The beds are comfortable. Thankfully, we brought our own pillows because the pillows are not comfortable. It is in a rundown neighborhood, but the proximity to campus is ideal if you're going for events at Tarleton State. We walked to the football stadium, no problem. Would stay here again as it is perfect for what we needed. 」

「I like the inlet access and prefer it to the "beach"; the kitchen was a well stocked as it needs to be and the host has furnished just about everything a fine hotel would furnish except tooth paste. the docks, deck and boat are great.」
