“This is a wonderful place for a big-family get-together. There are many bedrooms and we easily accommodated 15 people (10 adults, 5 children). The game room in the attic was a huge hit. The property itself is lovely too, with a huge yard and some adjacent woods with a walking path. I definitely recommend it!”

“We were looking for a comfortable place to spend time while exploring around the Finger Lakes region - and this was just the place. The location allowed us to easily travel to various wineries, restaurants, and sites around the area. Nothing is walkable, but the drive was easy. We spent an entire afternoon/evening just hanging out on the front porch enjoying the clear sky, beautiful weather, and quiet neighborhood. Each room was equipped with an air conditioner, so we all slept comfortably. ……

“We were very pleased with our stay. Most important, it was CLEAN. The 4 bedrooms worked perfectly for our 6 adults and 4 kids under 10. The bedroom with bunks doubled as a play room with toys suitable for this age group. The laundry room toilet helped in a pinch. The living areas downstairs are all large - kitchen, eating area, and two living / sitting rooms. It was too cold during our stay to take advantage of the enclosed porch looking out over the lake but we imagine doing so with a cup of……

“Great Coutry Location with access within reasonable distance of stores, restaurants, etc, if you prefer more “city” atmosphere. Pool was clean, but we did not use it due to the time of our stay (late September). Host was very responsive even when it was just with simple questions. ”

“Wonderful accommodations! Cozy apartment that was well equipped with farm fresh eggs to purchase that we used to make a breakfast meal! BJ and Barb gave us a tour of the barn with personal greetings from the goats and cats. This location is a short drive from the Corning Glass Museum and the Rockwell Museum that were our intended destinations. The farm was a lucky choice that added to the memories we have of this trip! Highly recommend! ”

“My friends and I had an amazing stay at the farmhouse! It exceeded our expectations! Check in was simple and the host was very responsive in communicating. We really felt like we were at home and enjoyed morning and evenings on the porch. The kitchen has everything you need! The beds were comfortable. “We loved all the property and cleanliness of the house. LOVE LOVE LOVED the onsite laundry it helps to not have to pack so MANY clothes. We saw deer almost every day of our stay. This property is about 15 minutes from Mansfield. The only CON was it was right on the road. This is not the owners fault.. just a hard driveway to get in and out. The rest of the property was AMAZING our two dogs LOVED running. Great internet reception. Cell phone not so good. We would stay again!!”
