"We had a wonderful stay! The house was quiet, comfortable, and very spacious — perfect for our group. It was well stocked with everything we needed, including coffee, cups, and plates, and the towels and linens were soft and cozy. The game room was a huge hit with both the kids and adults, keeping everyone entertained. The hosts were fantastic and quick to respond to any questions I had. We truly enjoyed our time here and would absolutely stay again!"

We really felt like we were at home and enjoyed morning and evenings on the porch. The kitchen has everything you need! The beds were comfortable. "Our group had a great time at this property! The fire pit and grill made for a wonderful summer stay. It was an about a 12 min drive to the village of Watkins, but Tin Barn Brewing is practically in the back yard and other wineries close by. We were able to find local transportation to get us to the village so no one had to worry about driving! We were pleasantly surprised by the size of the house! Looks much larger than the photos showed! Jason was very responsive and welcoming as a host!"

"We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this remote location, although not long enough. It was convenient to Ives Run, where our reunion was held. The rooms were very comfortable and we loved the living room area with the huge windows. The property was amazing, although the muddy areas prevented our morning hike. We would definitely stay here again."
