“On the whole thing is good .the free breakfast is very good, but the room curtains are not overall shading curtains, which can not block the light in the middle, which affects the quality of sleep. at night, the lights on the street are very bright through the room and can not fall asleep.”

“Didn't have breakfast so gave an average review. They don't have regular coffee in the room, just Nespresso, which is too strong for me. They also charged about $4 for a regular Starbucks coffee. That aside, it's a lovely place. Very quiet, nice bar, very clean and comfortable. Will stay again!”

“Staff was very friendly and helpful! The hotel was beautiful, gorgeous new fireplace as we entered, great ambiance. The outdoor fire pit area was also very nice. We enjoyed the pool and hot tub in the evening. Followed by delicious foot in a dining table that has our own TV to enjoy Monday night football. Loved it all. ”

“We finally stayed at the Carlton, and really glad we did. There’s significant construction going on, but it’s always exciting when a hotel makes the decision to improve. It’s also been quite sometimes since I’ve been downtown in Atascadero, and it was exciting to see all of the local restaurants and shops during the holiday season. The first thing I noticed about the Carlton was how friendly all the staff were. Regardless of who was at the front desk, they were always greeting us with a smile……
