Given free upgrade as I was celebrating my birthday. Room was huge! All staff were lovely, really made you feel welcome and nothing was too much trouble. Central location with parking provided so need to use the car once there. Would definitely stay again.

Advertised as daily housekeeping but it was not. General overall cleanliness of corridors and common areas was not as expected. Very small shower. Assigned a basement room next to the kitchen. We were unhappy with the room and asked to be moved. They moved us to a slightly better room on the 2nd floor and charged us an extra $81/night. I would not have agreed to it but the basement room was too hot to sleep in. Neither room was very good. The second one was slightly more spacious. At least it had chairs to sit in. No usb charging stations. The hotel had a restaurant and bar. Both were very good. The business plan seems to be to run a restaurant and bar with a small hotel as a side business. We checked in when we got there with the bartender. Delicious food It was well located. Easy access to old town and several restaurants.

Excellent stay; the room was clean and comfortable. Food was delicious; we had dinner our first night there which was wonderful. The breakfast included with our stay was also very good. Would definitely recommend and would stay again.
