“Girls met here for long weekend. This is an older home updated. We didn’t do any cooking basically just slept there. Kitchen appears well stocked. It’s winter in Iowa, so parking of vehicles is required to be in the alley. Plenty of room for our vehicles Owner great to work with; very quick to respond to questions. We will definitely book again!!”

“Location was great, short drive to the waterpark, golf course, park, and lake. Plenty of restaurants near by and quiet location.”

“Worked well for our group (2 bros, 2 wives, sis) and excellent for parents with 3-4 kids but some multi-couples may not like due to sleeping arrangements. Queen master bath is very nice but only other option for cpls is a dbl bed (6 inches off floor) as part of a triple bunk (other 2 beds are singles) in the 2nd bedroom and a twin pullout in living room. Note - the bunks have 400# - 200# - 200# weight limts. Also, the 2nd br has no dresser, nitestands or even a luggage rack, so, everything……

“Completely lied on the website horrible stare TV did not work bugs all over the rooms office smelled like feces Found a brown recluse, spider in the room, dead and like bugs laying everywhere customer service was far below par answered the phone saying what will never stay here again and I will tell everybody to do the same first room wasn’t even clean so I had to take a different room not what I reserved.”

“This was as advertised - a private room with a bathroom. Everything was clean. It was on the main drag but this is Rockwell City, Iowa, so the fact that it was quiet isn’t surprising. There is a Mexican restaurant one block away but it is closed Sundays. Not much else walkable but it's a small town and this is several blocks from the small downtown, which may have some shopping options. ”
