Welcome to this restored 18th-century holiday home in Exbomont, a tranquil hamlet in the Belgian Ardennes, just 15 km from Stavelot and minutes from the Spa-Francorchamps circuit. With 4 bedrooms, it comfortably hosts up to 9 guests, and includes a baby cot. The home spans two floors, with charming low doorways upstairs (1.70 m). Set on a private 5000 m² garden, the house features a south-facing terrace with panoramic countryside views, perfect for relaxing or dining outdoors. Inside, enjoy a blend of historic character and modern comfort, with natural materials like sandstone, shale, and wood. Please note: the open fireplace is not in use. Nearby, explore Plopsa Coo, the Abbey of Stavelot, or take a vintage car tour. Day trips to Spa and Durbuy offer culture, wellness, and gastronomy. The region is ideal for hiking, mountain biking, and nature lovers. A peaceful escape with timeless charm. Note: Guests needs to bring their own bed linen and pillow cases.

An optional utilities and service package of EUR 60,00 can be selected prior to your arrival. You will receive a separate communication with the payment link should you wish to include it.
This package ensures a seamless stay and conveniently covers services such as final cleaning, utility consumption, service support, and protection against minor damages or incidental costs during your stay.
Guests who prefer may manage these services independently, provided the property is returned in good order at check-out.
It is strictly forbidden to organise any student party, bachelor party or drinking party in this house
