“The condition of kitchen was poor with coffee machine, fork, dirty bottle to contain cold water,, .Fortunately, the washing machine and dryer was good and effective. Hopefully, more customers will like this aparthotel because they could rectify all after some of the above had been brought up for their attention on the second day. Some problems had been reflected when I checked out on the third day.”

“Location is perfect, very close to a lot of restaurants and shopping places. The suite is tidy and clean, as well as spacious. ”

“This was generally a nice property to stay in. There were a few technical issues on check in but these were sorted very quickly. The wifi isn’t very strong and as soon as I moved into the bedroom it disconnected me every time. Overall it was a very clean place except for the kitchen. Most of the dishes in the kitchen cupboards were dirty and I had to wash everything before I used it. As was the stove top and bench. Another little problem is that they say they will charge £10 for any unwashed……

“The apartment is best located. It is spacious and clean. Its bed is cosy. Full equipped kitchen. Its staff is friendly. Everything is nice. But some of its hardware failed. The room temperature is controlled by a terribly designed electronic button which does not work easily. With great efforts and over 10 minutes, I slowly moved the cursor from 18.5 degree to 19.8 degree, since each time - if I succeeded in moving the screen’s little man into his box and ordered to move up room……

“A lovely historical place to stay convenient to the train stations and the attractions in the city centre of Worcester. We stayed in the Fleming room on the ground floor. Ear plugs were provided which were useful. The delivery bay for Asda is near by, and they did have an early delivery. ”

“From the start to the finish everything was perfect. Paul and Elaine were so friendly and welcoming, we did not have any issues whats so ever. “We was meant to stay here I booked a room with double & 2 singles, when I got the confirmation it stated 1 double 1 sofa bed the property made the mistake, after calling hotels.com to try to resolve I got nowhere, so I had no choice but to book another property. After booking another property I then get a call from this property saying they made a mistake. Hotels.com wouldn’t refund me. So I asked the property to refund me which was short by £20 odd pounds. So overall not a good experience ”

“We had a lovely time at Heronview. The accommodation was brilliant just right for the two of us. Our hosts were great and it was good to meet the dogs and bantems. Its such a peaceful spot by the river. The area is lovely ideal for walks and Alcester is very picturesque. Its a great spot for visiting the surrounding area like Stratford-upon-Avon and Evesham. We look forward to visiting again.”

“The hotel overall is nice and clean, but the car park entrance is quite difficult to locate. As next to it are 2 pubs and bars, at night you can still hear the music and beats through the windows, quite annoying to be honest. ”

“GBP 12 for 24 hours parking but space is limited in 2nd floor.”
