"The room is clean and spacious. Staff is helpful and explained everything. Parking is convenient. However, it is a bit away from the city center. With car, I have no issue on distance but the parking in city center is not easy esp in weekends as many roads are pedestrianized."

On the other hand, we are overcharged by the receptionist for we bought 3 Salzburg cards. We have sent emails to Arte Hotel to reflect this matter but no reply. Please see below email from my son Mr LAM Chun Hei.

I am writing to you regarding my recent stay at your hotel, where I believe to have been double charged for my room stay.
We stayed at your hotel from 13 to 16 May 2026. It was booked under the name - Pik Yu Rida Chan - for 3 people and 3 nights and paid in advance.
As we arrived at the hotel for check in, we also purchased 3 Salzburg cards and paid for the city tax at the reception desk. For the hotel stay rate, it was already prepaid on Hotel.com for HKD 4669.
However, on 13 May 2026 (date of check-in, along with our purchase of 3 Salzburg cards), I was charged EUR 538.14 to my Visa card ending 0191, which was very much more than the price for only the 3 Salzburg cards and the city tax for 3 people. I discovered the overcharge when I returned home as I checked my bank statement.
Could you please urgently check this for me? And, please arrange refund for the overcharge.
