The bed in the primary was super-comfortable and there was plenty of room for all of us. The location is across a small river from an industrial area..which was a little concerning pulling in..but once you get back to the house its lovely and secluded.”

“This property is clean, comfy and cozy! Very well-stocked and nicely decorated. It sits on a country road where you can watch the Amish buggies pass by yet it is within an easy 10 minute drive to downtown Berlin and all its attractions and restaurants. You will love your stay here!”

“Owner was very good on communication. We enjoyed the first time container stay. Very well thought out place. As a note, things that are usually included in rentals like wifi and firewood have fees. There is some traffic below the container on a state route but it dies down. We would definitely stay again and wish to try the RV place next! Thanks for the hospitality!”

“Plenty of room and then some for a family get together. Some of the door locks were tricky and no lock on the back door made us uncomfortable being from an area where we lock our doors. The surrounding county side was really nice!”

Upon arrival, the house was newly updated, very clean and stocked with everything we needed for a long weekend away. “My mother, sister, and I stayed here for a two-night stay so we could experience the total solar eclipse just up the road a bit. When I searched for small/tiny houses in Ohio over a year ago, I had to select this one as soon as I saw the pictures. It was the cutest, most beautiful, and well-built little "cabin" inside and out. We explored the area both evenings including the Cuckoo Clock and the Baltic Mill Winery; both were wonderful. The weather, hot tub, thoughtful decor, and being able to……
