“The apartment is best located. It is spacious and clean. Its bed is cosy. Full equipped kitchen. Its staff is friendly. Everything is nice. But some of its hardware failed. The only thing that could be improved were to warn at booking time that the digital key would not be "released" until you paid a damage deposit of £100 which required a lot of stress when you just want to get access to the property.
