“Host is an excellent communicator. Kitchen was well-stocked. Spacious enough for two couples. Great TV/bonus room in basement. Very clean and safe area. Walking trail can be accessed at the end of the street. This host is new to vrbo. He was very open to feedback, and I believe with a few tweaks, this property will be excellent. We would stay here again.”

“A few comments: This is not a beachfront property! It is a beachview property. We didn’t mind the 7 to 10minute walk to the beach but it was not as advertised! It would have been nice to have a welcome package including salt/pepper, coffee for first morning, olive oil and basic spices, sugar, Kleenex, shampoo and bath soap. “Staff was friendly. Easy check in. Building is dated, but they are doing renovations. Hallway still has old carpet and smells of cigarettes. However I was pleasantly surprised when I opened the door to my room. No carpet. Clean. Comfy bed. No smell! Breakfast was apples, yogurt, cereal, bread,bagels and juice or tea/coffee. Was hoping there'd be more options...but for the price point i didnt expect it. Will definitely book here again. ”
