“Elvis is very good helpful host. Rather disappointed with TV not working due to missing signal box. Despite several promises to provide one it never arrived considering hire was for 25 days and loss of total source of vital entertainment . This should have been made clear to us before arriving. Not acceptable as important part of facility was not provided but full price was charged. This in our view is inadequate facility provided, warranting partial refund of at least 20% considering staying in……
