We could NOT check in for two nights and had to rent another accommodation near by - now we were a family with children so you can imagine our night mare in the middle of the dark Danish winter looking for places to sleep after a flight from London hungry and very tired as it was after 5 pm! "The house was a cozy 2 bedroom summer cottage one block off the water - was perfect size for a family of 5 with a third sleep area off the dining area. We were able to have local friends over for dinner any game night of UNO without feeling cramped. My only feedback would be better lighting in the dining room for late night games. The neighborhood was quiet and well kept, the instructions provided on reading meters was perfect and how to replace fuse as well. "

"Great location with beautiful views. This house only sleeps 6 adults as the loft is crawl space heights. Outdoor shower is the best feature of this house. Minus was that flying in from the US and Europe no bedding, towels, kitchen towels were available- not even for additional charge. Lacks comfortable pillows for beds. Beach is very rocky and not really suitable for tanning on the beach. Water is very coveted in seaweed. You have to bring everything- even TP !"

"The staff was great and we were welcomed efficiently, kindly, and with all information needed. I was very happy that the front desk was able to lend us a digital luggage scale. There was a broken soap dispenser in the shower and a loose reading lamp at one of the beds. A technician came to repair it but nothing changed. The hotel is extremely conveniently located to the metro train that made for very easy connections to the city centre, airport and Sweden, and to a mall with a food court, large grocery store, and various shops of all kinds. I would happily stay here again. "

"This is a large hotel with a large car park. The main car park is often full but there is an overflow carpark a little bit further round the hotel. You must register your number plate with the hotel immediately as the private parking company that looks after the car park patrol frequently. The rooms are clean and tidy (a bit like a Travelodge) with a kettle and some tea /instant coffee. Nice clean bathroom and we had a superior double room which had a view out over the harbour rather than towards the city. It is well.located.for public transport and we chose to walk for 10 minutes to get the waterbus in to Copenhagen each day. We did get the Metro home a couple of times and this was easy and quite close to the hotel. The breakfast was amazing. You do have to book a time and it finishes at about 9.30am but there is a plentiful supply and it flows well even at busy times."
