Good for a short stay

Suited us as a family of 5 for a 2 day / 3 night stay, with everything we needed. Nothing fancy or modern, but all in order and practical.

Fantastic place, at walking distance to everything

We spent one week here on our way to Tuscany. The holiday home surpassed our expectations. A private parking, large house, great kitchen and comfortable bedrooms, and this all at an easy stroll to the local lido, and the harbour. And the reception by the lady of the house was extremely friendly, and helped us find the way to the local stores and sights. Perfectly arranged with the help of her children. We enjoyed the explanation of the stone statues in the garden next to the beautiful garden. If you are willing to walk a bit further within half an hour you can visit the whole of Stresa and enjoy the local Piazza for an affordable evening dinner. All in all, a great stay. If you

Große, geräumige Ferienwohnung. Vermieter wohnen mit im Objekt und sind sehr freundlich/hilfsbereit. Objekt war sehe sauber. Jedoch etwas in die Jahre genommen. Also die Bilder im Inserat sind schon etwas älter. Aber insgesamt kann man das Objekt - nicht zuletzt auch aufgrund der Lage - weiterempfehlen. Danke für die paar schönen Tage.

Traumhaftes Urlaubsdomizil

In der Ferienwohnung war wirklich alles so wie beschrieben und vorhanden, was man für einen entspannten Urlaub braucht. -Inklusive Begrüßungsobstkorb, lokales Bier und Frühstückszutaten ;-) . Die Vermieterinnen (Mutter und Tochter) waren sehr freundlich, hilfsbereit und herzlich. Die Unterkunft selbst war tiptop sauber und inmitten des traumhaften Gartens und durch die Lage im Erdgeschoss auch wunderbar kühl. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Sehr nette Vermieterin. Das Haus ist mit allem ausgestattet, was man so braucht. Man kann sich sehr frei bewegen, schöner Garten. Die Betten überwiegend bequem. Unmittelbar an den Zuggleisen, man hört die Züge. Die Wege sind allerdings eher weit, nicht zu empfehlen für Personen die nicht gut zu Fuß sind.

Ruhig, idyllisch, schöner Garten.

Ruhig gelegenes schönes Haus mit einer großen und einer kleinen Wohnung. Toller Garten zum entspannen mit Blick auf den Berg und auch ein Stückchen Lago Maggiore. Weg zur Prominade ist nicht weit, aber anstrengend, da das Haus höher gelegenen ist. Sonst bietet Stresa einiges für groß und klein. Insgesamt sehr empfehlenswert.

Schöne Wohnung in guter Lage

Hallo, wir waren im Frühsommer 2019 in der unteren Wohnung mit einer 6-köpfigen Familie und Hund. Wir waren begeistert, man erreicht alles was wichtig ist innerhalb von 10-20 Minuten zu Fuss, gute Parkmöglichkeiten sowohl innerhalb als auch ausserhalb des Grundstückes. Man hat uns ganz herzlich empfangen, der Kühlschrank war sogar mit dem nötigstem gefüllt. Viel freie Wiesenfläche für Kinder und Hunde auf dem Eingezäuntem Grundstück. Die durchfahrenden Züge (Luftlinie ca. 200m) stören nur wenn man empfindlich ist. Die Schlafräume sind sehr konfortabel, wir haben echt gut geschlafen. Zu Fuss erreicht man den kleinen guten Dorfladen in etwa 5 Minuten. Es gibt gratis WLAN und wirklich viele Fernsehsender, jedoch sollte man dafür gute italienischkenntnisse haben...:-) Alles in allem waren wir sehr zufrieden mit unserem Aufenthalt dort, sehr zu empfehlen. Und als Ansprechperson steht immer eine sehr nette ältere Lady zur Verfügung die sehr gut englisch und einiges an deutsch spricht. 5-Sterne für Familien mit Hund

Lovely apartment

Manuela is a wonderful welcoming lady / owner for a beautiful apartment set 15 min walk from the centre of Stresa. The apartment has everything you need including extras like butter eggs bread when you arrive- would definitely book it again if we return to Stresa - we thoroughly enjoyed our stay- thank you Manuela 😊

A magical place!

This villa is a very homely place in a magical part of the world. Manuela provided lots of treats for our stay & the house was very comfortable & roomy. Stresa is picturesque & we were very close to the ferry terminal to the islands in the lake. We thoroughly enjoyed a very relaxing stay at Villa Lucciola.

Una bella vacanza a Stresa

Abbiamo soggiornato in questo appartamento per una settimana. La casa era pulita, perfetta. Il giardino bellissimo e spazioso. Le bimbe adoravano i cani e i gatti e Manuela era molto accogliente. Un luogo ideale per visitare la zona: la funivia per il monte Mottarone e l’imbarcazione per le isole erano vicine. Il centro città dista 15 minuti a piedi. Da tornarci! :-)

GREAT PLACE TO STAY

We recently stayed at this property and had a wonderful experience. The location is in a residential setting near Lake Maggiore and a 15 minute walk to the downtown quarters. The accommodation is spacious, very clean and well maintained. The kitchen is well equipped and we were able to take advantage of the local grocery store, Gloria's, and cooked some wonderful meals and enjoyed them on the beautiful patio right outside the french doors to the suite. Most importantly our host Manuela was so lovely and helpful in making sure we were comfortable and knew about the local attractions and things to do. Her garden is quite spectacular with beautiful stone statues displayed throughout.

Schöne Wohnung, schöne Terrasse, sehr nette Vermieterin

Wir hatten eine schöne Woche in der Villa Lucciola! Nach der kurzen Führung durch die sehr nette ältere Vermieterin, die übrigens sehr gut Englisch spricht, fühlten wir uns direkt sehr wohl. Obst im Kühlschrank, Kaffeekapseln für die Lavazza-Maschine, Milch und Cornflakes sind nur eine Auswahl dessen, was uns bereits bei Ankunft erwartete. Lediglich die in unmittelbarer Nähe vorbeifahrenden Züge störten die Idylle ein wenig, weswegen wir keine 5 Sterne vergeben können. Der Fußweg zum Zentrum von Stresa über die Promenade dauert ca. 20 Minuten, lohnt sich aber unbedingt, wenn man im Ort keinen Parplatz benötigt. Alles in Allem eine empfehlenswerte Unterkunft für einen angemessenen Preis.

Gut ausgestattete Wohnung

Die Wohnung ist sehr gut eingerichtet und sehr sauber. 2 unterschiedliche Kaffeemaschinen ( Kapselmaschine und Filtermaschine ) , genügend Handtücher sind vorhanden . Wir waren sehr zufrieden . Die 3 Hunde der Vermieterin empfanden wir als nicht störend, sie waren ganz witzig.Der Essplatz im Garten War u sehr bevorzugter Aufenthaltsbereich. Alles in allem ein sehr angenehmer Urlaub.
