Très belle vue mais abords déplorables.
Vue imprenable 5 étoiles.
Bâtiment mal entretenu, accès compliqué par l'atelier naval voisin qui s'est largement étalé sur les abords de l'immeuble. La copropriété ne veut pas réparer le portail principal sur la route.
Appartement correct et propre.
Gazière particulièrement dangereuse.
Cuisine et salle de douche minuscules.
