I only had to reach out to the owner regarding check in and check out. I didn’t have any questions or issues during my stay and when I did reach out she was responsive. I had absolutely no problems. “We spent Thanksgiving week in Honey House in Clarence. We had a grand time hanging out in the house and also enjoying Clarence and Buffalo. The House was spacious -- big dining table for computers, games or eating. There was plenty of room in the living room for football watching. The bedrooms were also spacious and beds very comfortable. The bathrooms were updated and there was plenty of hot water for the five of us. Sue and Jack are amazing hosts with check ins to make sure we were comfortable……

“Our family of 6 were in town for a kids sporting event and this space was perfect. The rooms are spacious with tons of storage. The vintage feel isn’t normally our style but we loved it and it was in great shape and so so clean. We got to see deer in the back yard and the neighborhood was quiet and close to anything you would need as far as shops food and grocery. Hosts made communication easy and I knew I could get ahold of them with a simple text message.”

“We went for the solar eclipse which turned out to be a dud. What wasn't a dud was the property in which we stayed. It was clean, stocked, and well maintained. Communicating with the owner was a breeze. I defiantly would stay there again if I was ever in the area.”

“I really enjoyed this property. The gym/pool table room was huge! And so well equipped. The bed was very comfortable and kitchen was modern and also very well equipped. Couches comfortable. Shower/jacuzzi was a little quirky. Water came out HOT or COLD. No warm or jets. Maybe a house manual would help! But overall AWESOME! would def come back!”

“This house was an AWESOME HOUSE!! After reading the reviews they all were on point! The house is well kept, very nice and clean. I loved the location it was closed to EVERYTHING!! The neighbor was beyond quiet I almost thought does anyone else live in the neighborhood, lol, but the peace it gave was OUTSTANDING!! I'm an OLDer lady I don't like to much noise, lol. “It was great for one two nights stay - we enjoyed having our meals on the porch and drinks around the fire pit. I would suggest to our host to add a couple of decent Stemless wine glasses and then kettle. They was a bit of a noise from neighbors, but it’s all settled in the evening. Outdoor furniture could be cleaner, we had to wipe ourselves.”

“Good communication with owners…helpful directions & info We loved the area, especially Marilla County Store( spent 2 hrs still didn’t see it all!) enjoyed walks in neighborhood!! Alton’s restaurant has good brunch, TGS family owned barbecue out of this world!! Both close by. Pretty Victorian interior, clean bright open kitchen, charming parlor, bed comfortable, bathroom showers need to be cleaned better ( only disappointment) Overall, 3 1/2 - 4 stars rating. Nice experience!! Love this area!!”
