“Received a credit for the pool bar and rooftop restaurant by booking the night The staff forgot to mention the pool bar not being open that day and the restaurant wouldn't honor it. Bigger issue was the night club on the rooftop until 3am. The hotel thinks by leaving ear plugs in the room nobody would notice the windows rattling from the base of the music. Also this hotel has no parking other than valet for $40”

“The hallway smells outrageous. My hubby and I needed a place to stay for one night due to our plans needing to change. If you are a clean person you cannot stay there. This seems like a place where they let junkies stay. Everytime I walked the hallway, I had to cover my nose. I can’t even describe the smell. There were so many factors to the smell. I’m sure people were smoking, carpet had to have urine on it. I really couldn’t understand why it smelled so bad. I’m sure the hotel staffs smell it,……

“This is easily one of the worst properties I have ever stayed in. Firstly the check in information arrived significantly later than it was supposed to after I had to chase the host. Secondly, the images shown in the listing were nothing like my apartment. The bathroom was tiny with a shower that was either freezing cold or scolding hot with no in between. The towels are older than me! The lock on the door didn't work properly and completely failed to work properly on two occasions. The washer……

“Picked this hotel because it was new, but room very small and almost impossible to open our suitcases. Cushion on wall at one suitcase place fell off wall because screws were only going into drywall. On paper this hotel could check all the boxes, but it seemed a non-human designed it. Maybe done by "AI".”
