Welcome to your home away from home in gorgeous southern Utah, a place that looks like it was painted by hand. 46 incredible fenced and gated acres of paradise - perfect for private hiking or ATV exploration. Outdoor enthusiasts and nature lovers alike will enjoy all the things to do and sights to see: Hiking in Zion National Park or the world-famous Kanarra Falls, riding ATV through the red dirt hills, spotting wildlife, and becoming one with nature. Drive into town for fantastic local eateries, arts, entertainment, and family-friendly attractions, including the Shakespeare Festival in Cedar City.
The home is a modern spin on farmhouse living. Inside you'll find a newly remodeled bright interior with plenty of natural light, thanks to the large viewing windows in the living area. The open floor plan promotes togetherness and nobody will miss out on the conversation. Sit back and relax to host a movie night on the large TV, while warming yourself by the wood-burning stove. Prepare grand meals and on-the-go snacks in the gourmet kitchen, complete with stainless steel appliances and a floating island breakfast bar. Make memories around the formal dining table, whether it's over a board game or a delicious home-cooked meal. Each bedroom is comfortable, with ample space for personal effects. The main bedroom is equipped with a soft King-sized bed, a TV for private viewing, and a luxurious en suite bathroom that includes a double-sink vanity, a soaking tub, and a roomy walk-in shower. Kids will love bunking down and making memories together in the bunk beds. Chalk up some friendly competition and play on the pool table in the basement, which also has a kitchenette for snacking and a large TV with an Xbox. Enjoy the quaint backyard with a mini playhouse for the kids. At the end of the day, take advantage of the gorgeous Utah sunsets by sitting on the massive wrap-around porch, watching the stars come out to dot the sky.

In wet conditions per owners request please only allow pets into back yard, as elsewhere they might end up collection mud and tracking it through the house.
Two dog limit - you will be fined $250 if you bring more than two dogs.
If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us. The pet fee is per stay and ranges between $150 and $200, depending on the bedroom count, and will apply for each additional dog.
Parking notes: There is free parking available for 10 vehicles.
Security camera details: Cameras are around the exterior of the home.
Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
