Apartment 'Zimmer 31'

Apartment Zimmer 31 is an accommodation with two rooms connected by an open passage. It is 26.5 sqm in size and features a bathroom with shower, toilet, and sink. In the apartment, you will find two separate beds: one in the front room (140 x 200 cm) and one in the back room (100 x 200 cm). The maximum occupancy is three people. Bed linen, towels, soap, and shampoo are provided. The furnishings include a chest of drawers, a table, a chair, two armchairs, two bedside tables, a flat-screen TV, and Wi-Fi. Dishes, cutlery, and glasses are also available.

Our hotel is located in the triangle between Stuttgart (Trade Fair), Outletcity Metzingen, and the Swabian Alb Biosphere Reserve with Beuren and Neuffen with its castle. It consists of three adjacent units. Whether you are on a business or service trip, an assembly job, a cycling tour, a spa visit, a holiday, or studying at HfWU – you stay with us conveniently and at a reasonable price. We offer rooms for solo travelers, couples, and groups. The comfort rooms (Albstraße 2, Neuffener Str. 69) have a shower/WC, some oversized beds, flat-screen TV, and free Wi-Fi. The workers’ rooms (Neuffener Str. 67) are simply furnished, with a shower in the room or shared shower/WC, also with TV and Wi-Fi. There you find refrigerators, a microwave, and a kettle. Parking spaces and a lockable bicycle garage are available. The breakfast room in Neuffener Str. 67, with wood paneling from 1928, offers a classic atmosphere.
