"This is a small local hotel amongst monster hotels in the immediate area. It has a great personal feel to it. We opted for the higher end room and had an awesome view of the pools and ocean. The room was nice but the staff is what makes this place great. Do they speak great English?....Nooo. but that is half the fun. We enjoyed everyone working there. The bar/restaurant is a fun place to just hang out and enjoy the views (food was surprisingly good too). The included breakfast is soooo good. They have a coffee/Gelato bar too.
To me, you have a couple options for hotels...book with one of the big guys and maybe get a little more luxury for your high price and little to no local flare OR spend less money on the little guy and get a really nice stay, a good time with great people and a local feel. We made the right decision and would absolutely stay here again."
