"The staff is centered in service and care of their visit. It's a heavenly experience 3 months now for a short stay in my hometown. Daily Ms. Mona brings towels needed or not, daily service with a smile."

"Breakfast is always on spot , I chose Tru for this reason as well. I have stayed several times already and no complain or whatsoever. Hopefully there will be microwave in the rooms or at least in the lobby for guests to use."

"There was no hot water. The hotel knew when I was checking in that there was no hot water and they didn’t share that. I came down two hours later and asked for a different room. They said the whole building was out, but the water would be hot by the morning. It was not. The hotel said that they would refund my money but still haven’t seen it. "

"We ate the breakfast one morning. The coffee was empty and people were waiting. We waited 10 minutes and left. We went back another day for breakfast and once again the coffee pot was empty so we left and went somewhere else for breakfast. There were 2 coffee pots there so I don't know how you can't keep at least one filled."
