Home was comfortable and in a good location with easy access to I-88 as well as Randall Rd which leads to mall style shopping in Geneva/St Charles. There is a small park up the street which has a nice playground and space to walk our dog. The house does not have a fence at this time, however owner states one is scheduled for spring 26. “The property was great and worked very well for our family on a trip that was Chicago-centric. It was effectively 35-55 min from downtown based on traffic and was easy to to as well as easy to park more than one car. The bathrooms were well appointed and had everything we needed. It wasn't mentioned in the description, but there is a public bike/walking trail right across the street. We had a couple of great strolls right along a scenic river, really really pleasant.”

“This was a four bedroom townhome, fully furnished, with all linens and a full kitchen with ample supplies. It was clean and bright, and simply but pleasantly furnished. There are two large bedrooms, one mid-sized, and one smaller. The first floor is the kitchen and living room and a half bath. The second has a three bedrooms and two full baths.
