「This rental was the perfect location for our wedding guest weekend. 10 min to the Rocks Estate venue. 15 into Bethlehem and Littleton. We LOVED Bethlehem really cute and friendly. Also love the Iron Furnance Brewery in Franconia, which is just down the road. The house itself is lovely and feels new, except for furnature is DEFINATLEY "lived in", soft surfaces are heavily stained. Located off a dirt road on a dirt driveway. Jeeps are great! if you have a low riding car, watch out.

「Cute and cozy with a nice river right outside the door! We enjoyed grilling outside and the river. Our dog loved going inside the river, and at night, we had a fire going. Pure relaxation. Also, check in states 4 o’clock, but we arrived at 2 and was able to check in! The only downside is no A/C and it gets pretty hot in there. Remember to bring your own cooling devices. Very nice getaway. We will be returning.」

「The descriptions and images are accurate but make the place seem a bit nicer than it is. It's clean and the staff are helpful and nice. The set up is minimal and did not include several basics. For example, no dish soap or sponge despite only having 2 drinking glasses and 2 coffee mugs. The driveway is sand but there's no door mat so we had to sweep every day. The area is OK.
