"This is a great house with plenty of room for everyone. 3 game areas were so much fun. Lots of decks with fire pits and a hot tub were really nice. Lots of nice thick towels, plenty of linens and extra blankets. Great A/C especially as we went when it was hot. The hosts communication was phenomenal-I asked a lot of questions about it before we went and they were always patient and answered quickly. Had a few little issues that were there before we arrived (nothing major but wanted them to know) informed them and they were grateful and said they would address them. It's a little farther back in the gated community than we thought but it was a little more private and nice. Highly recommend this house."

"The place was good, cozy and very spacious. The patio view is amazing my kids really enjoy being on the patio. I definitely would recommend on coming back again. The only thing I wish AC would work a little better on days that are hot, but overall it was great!"

"First time visiting Yosemite and our family is happy for the 4-nights stay. Very spacious and we like the decorations. Dining room, living room, kitchen, bathrooms and the bedrooms (beds are comfortable) are very clean. The place is close to the Big Oak Flat entrance (about 35 mins), it wasn't crowded at the entrance (maybe it was beginning of June), so we got to spend the whole day in the park!! There is a grocery store (Mal Val) which is about 8-9 mins from the house, we got our food from there and cooked our dinners at night. The check in process is straightforward and no issue. Thank you!"

"We had a great stay at this lovely home in Groveland. The house was spotless and had all we needed for a comfortable visit. Nicholas promptly responded to all our communication. We had plenty of space for a group of 5 traveling together (it could sleep more if traveling as couples). Of note, you'll hear footsteps of the people walking on the floors above you, which is fairly standard of houses of this construction. It was not an issue, but if you are a light sleeper, you might want to bring ear plugs. We would happily stay here again if traveling to Groveland."

"I am very picky and it took me a very long time to find this perfect house for my 5 night winter vacation stay with my husband and two boys. We loved our stay!The house actually looks even better in person, exceptionally clean and very well stocked in absolutely everything.The nature is stunning and access to the lake and equestrian center was a big bonus for us, we also drove to Yosemite.The host is very kind and super responsive. I also hate unreasonable check out instructions and made the booking when I saw very reasonable request to lock up, turn everything off and put used towels in the tub. I refuse to book properties that expect me to clean the house, so this really sealed the deal.Was an amazing stay for the price, including the play room.I highly recommend this property, it is as described, no surprises accept how lovely and relaxing it is."
