"This is a big lovely house with large beautifully decorated rooms- including several sitting rooms for visiting or reading. There is an amazing view from the terrace. Our hostess was very attentive and helpful and speaks English very well. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here!"

"Ecolodge Beauregard wasn't what I was expecting. Don't take that as a negative it was a lovely location in the french countryside. The staff went above and beyond to help me get to the location, and make me feel at home. I would absolutely reccomend taking a car to get there, taxis are very expensive and Uber doesn't operate in this part of France. I stayed there ro visit castle Guedelon, an archeology project nearby i.e. figure out how to build a medieval castle by building one how it would...

"Chambre minuscule, tout au plus 7.5m2 (hors salle de bain) avec un lit, deux tables de chevet, une armoire, 1 bureau, 2 chaises, 1 porte bagage...ne reste donc plus de place. La terrasse par contre, plus grande que la chambre....c'est paradoxal. Aussi, il existe deux autres chambres , au même prix, beaucoup plus grandes, mais comme je l'ai souvent remarqué, en passant par hotel.com mais aussi par booking, les chambres que l'on a sont souvent les plus petites ou les plus mal placées. "This is a charming, well run place. Not just out of the way, way way out of the way. We prebooked on the Internet, because we were going to Guedelon castle the next day. Wonderful room. Wonderful owners. They do close check in at 9, so don't wait to last minute to arrive. "
