"The property is dated, the grounds are well kept and the pool is inviting but very very cold. I was the only guest in the hotel. I booked online with no issue but when I checked in the owner insisted on cash only. I had the cash but not what I was expecting. There was not hot water to shower with. The bed is very old and uncomfortable you can feel every spring in the mattress. I would not recommend this hotel. "

"Saw Nyein San was the highlight of our entire trip to Myanmar. The amazing, friendly, generous staff run a very clean, comfortable guesthouse, and are very helpful with any travel needs. Our room was clean, insect-free, and had strong A/C - everything you'd want in a Burmese guesthouse. All bookings are made directly to the hotel. 3) No one from Expedia or any other third party contacted them to confirm my reservation or resolve the problem I was dealt by expedia's lies. "
