“We had such an amazing time at this property, the photos of the house are exactly as pictured. “Property was very clean and well maintained and had a well-equipped kitchen and a very comfortable bed. Only problem we had during our stay was caused by a small step between the kitchen and the main room which caused a fall. The owner demonstrated appropriate concern and, in an effort, to try to improve safety since he could not change the step, he applied tape as a visual aid which helped. “We had a wonderful time at this house! We came in for a wedding and loved the location, an easy drive to downtown or the beach and a few restaurants in walking distance which was nice after a long travel day. Host was very responsive and easy to communicate with - went above and beyond to drop off toilet paper when we realized things were running low! Would definitely recommend this place and host! “The property was described accurately and is situated in a convenient location to access Folly Beach, nearby restaurants and grocery stores by car or bicycle. The Unit is located on the top floor with lovely views of the Marshes in two different directions. You get the setting sun in the evening. While we welcomed the air conditioning, we found the unit mounted on the wall outside of the bedroom noisy at night.”

“Clean, spacious, walking distance to great restaurants. As described, near highway so outdoor space is not pleasant for sitting but the highway noise was not noticeable indoors. Comfortable mattress!!!!!! Had to buy a corkscrew!!! Should be number one amenity!!! “Very nice, updated, private unit. Spacious for two people! It would be helpful to have a flag or some sort of sign to identify the driveway. My only issue was the room deodorizer. I could not sleep in the bedroom because of the smell - even after removing the deodorizers. I recommend asking guest about that prior to move in.”

“This was our first time in Folly beach & we loved it! The apartment was small but had everything we needed. The AC was cold, the bed was comfortable, & the location was fabulous! Only 2 blocks to the beach & to Center Street! We loved the laid back vibe & will definitely be back! The only negative was the upstairs neighbor was up at 5 am every morning & we could hear them moving around. Other than that, we loved our stay!”
