「We enjoyed our stay and was even able to bring our fur babies. We enjoyed getting to do a little fishing, and watching an otter family while we ate breakfast. Great view. The kids enjoyed playing pool in the game room. Very easy communication with the owner and the property manager.」

「This place was beautiful and the owners did an amazing job remodeling this place. They also stayed true to the wildlife residing around this little piece of heaven. My husband and I stayed for the weekend and it wasn’t what I was expecting based on the listing. We stayed in a room that felt like a basement. 「We loved our stay here for the Solar Eclipse. The hosts were amazing, as was the property. This may well be the best location we've ever stayed at, and we've stayed at quite a few. It was great to wake to beautiful views of the river to the north and the sounds of the nearby waterfall. The cabin was perfect, as were the grounds. Can't recommend this place enough!」

「This property was absolutely stunning. Right on the river and the view was amazing. We loved sitting on the beautiful deck and watching the river go by, it was so peaceful. 「Stayed here for 2024 eclipse. Great location. Easy to find. Came from Florida an friends met us from New Mexico an Tennessee. Accomadations were excellent in everyway. Hosts Lottie an Boyd were great to meet an talk with. Went above an beyond to make our stay extra special. Would highly recomend this place an stay here again if we return to Arkansas.」

「This place is about 30 minutes away from Batesville which is perfect. It was quiet and clean and away from most humans which is also pretty perfect. I wish I had been able to see this place during the spring, summer or fall becase it had a really cute simple set up on the back and front porch. I would have loved to have sat out there and drank my coffee in the morning.」

「It was the perfect location for the solar eclipse. On top of it we got outstanding service and care from the owner Laura and Jim. They treated us like family and it felt like we know them from ever.
