“We only stayed one night. We came to Batesville for the White River Wonderland, which we enjoyed very much. Definitely could not have asked for a better view! The beds were clean and comfortable. The bathrooms and kitchen were all clean. The only complaints I have was the floors should have had a once over just before our arrival. Also, fireplace was badly in need of a cleaning out.”

“This place was beautiful and the owners did an amazing job remodeling this place. They also stayed true to the wildlife residing around this little piece of heaven. My husband and I stayed for the weekend and it wasn’t what I was expecting based on the listing. We stayed in a room that felt like a basement. The shower was nice except it wouldn’t drain right so water would over flow into the bathroom. There was absolutely no service at all. Even connected to the Wi-Fi you were lucky if you were……

“Well-decorated place with two good-sized bedrooms, a large bathroom, and open living space and kitchen. We didn't use the kitchen all that much, but everything else was wonderful (and it was great to get out of the southern heat into the nice A/C -- my New-Englander self was happy about that). The host was incredibly helpful and polite, no complaints here!”

“It was the perfect location for the solar eclipse. On top of it we got outstanding service and care from the owner Laura and Jim. They treated us like family and it felt like we know them from ever. We ordered a private dinner for our second night. It was served at a nice dining table in their house; beautiful ambience and the food was just delicious. The suite we stayed in was very clean, very lovely furnished and decorated. The kitchen is well equipped and Laura had absolute no issue to help……

“I don’t even know where to begin. Perhaps we start with the drive in, you definitely need to pay attention to the directions, as this wonderfully hidden property is off a small road. Upon arrival you will drive through a small entrance to the property and you will see this phenomenal house. We were greeted by the owners and shown the property, which you really need to take time to explore and enjoy. From fishing to trail walks, the scenery is peaceful. The house itself is setup very well, and if……
