「A very clean, comfortable, peaceful and pretty quiet (except for a little 101noise, which didn’t bother me, I’m from L A) also thoughtful and useful extras everywhere. There was a trail two doors down that was great that took you on a loop with a fairly good incline to a beautiful meadow with wild flowers and gorgeous views I’d say the loop was just over a mile, perfect for me and my dog, we hiked it 4 times and never saw a soul, we loved it. 「This property does have a great view, that’s the good news. It is mentioned in the listing, but the traffic noise is constant and so loud you really can’t enjoy being outside. Also mentioned in the listing, there is no AC. Not too bad in February but I can’t imagine being here in the summer. The place needs work. Kitchen cabinet drawers and doors are all falling off.
