There's room for the family with two queen bedrooms This cottage is only steps away from our pool. The dockage and seawalls are all available to our guests. A coin laundry is also available on site. Whether you come to the Florida Keys to escape the winters, or enjoy the calm waters and great fishing and diving of the summers, you will find Cudjoe Oceanside Cottage to be your Home Away From Home.

The cottage was clean an quite. We loved the new patio furniture and the screened in porch. Although we had to leave very early due to a medical condition, it is great that it is close to pool and ocean.

We had a great stay here. The cottage is very roomy and comfortable, with plenty of space. It was quiet and clean. We saw many of the reviews commented that it could be spruced up with a paint job, but we thought it had a perfect old-Florida feel, especially since we were bringing our 2 dogs with us. Our only issue was that the boat ramp on the property was very difficult to use. It’s quite small, more the of the size of a kayak launch. You’ll need to use a public ramp nearby instead.

Great little place with an old Key West vibe- perfect for us native Floridians. It’s definitely not fancy and that’s what we like especially with going fishing and diving and being outside all the time. (BRING BUG SPRAY- it’s Florida.) We liked how there was a boat dock for our little boat and the layout of the house is perfect for one or two couples to share if you need a place to stay. Only thing I would say that bothered me a little bit was the cleanliness of the floors. The shower was super clean but kept finding random black hair and my dogs found someone’s socks under the bed. But overall I highly recommend staying here :) I would be aware of the tide changes on Cudjoe if you are brining your boat. We could not use the boat ramp provided due to not having a four wheel drive truck (muddy) and had to use Cudjoe Gardens Marina (10 in 10 out). Look for the three white buoys when coming in and out in the area or you’ll run a ground because that area gets shallow. Tidbits:*The pool is very refreshing and clean. *we couldn’t find a hose at #4 so we used the one from the house next to us. *also didn’t see a hose down by the boat dock so keep that in mind.*plenty of towels for showering but bring your own beach towels*Square Grouper is amazing for food (5 min away) and Morning Joint (5 min) on Cudjoe*plenty of room for trailer parkingOverall, a nice little stay for a quick getaway! We will be back but want to try the larger rentals with some friends.

Perfect Location!!

Stayed 13 days perfect location and this was our second stay at Cudjoe Cottages. Was able to dock boat here but had to put in at Cudjoe Gardens marina, just 5 minutes away. Basic old school Florida key’s cottages,clean and inexpensive. Nice community pool also. Definitely will stay again.

We would love to return

It was a wonderful homebase for our keys stay! We were a close commute to Key West. We felt safe, on a quiet hidden road. The interior was pretty simple and basic-- but who goes to the keys to hang out inside? Inside was larger than expected. We would definitely visit again.
