「Parking safe and easy」

「Had to challenge the host for checkin info the night before the stay. Dirtiest place I’ve ever been. Floors is slippery, dirty and dangerous. High seats were broken, coffee machine had the wire cut. Just terrible.」

「Loved it. I even played one of the three pianos in the parlor -- it was a fine instrument.」

「Super clean and secure location with great parking! If you are looking to catch a game or just hang out in downtown Cleveland this is the place!」

「The host was so kind and available to help whenever we needed anything. And the coffee isn’t just your typical store bought brand. It was from a local roaster and was so delicious! It was nice having two full bathrooms to accommodate all of us too. And of course, the game selection was huge. I could’ve stayed all week and still not gotten through everything. Can’t say enough positive things about this place.」

「Host was very communicable. Unfortunately, the unit itself was very dirty. Regrettably, I didn't take pictures before hand. Every dish, cup, and utensil was dirty and had to be washed before use along with the counters and stove top. The floor was VERY dirty and quite sticky with no rugs anywhere. The toilet paper holder was broken and the bathroom in general wasn't very clean. The shower curtain was far too short and allowed water to flood the bathroom floor. Take slippers or slides with you!」
