“Everything was wonderful except the 100$ incidental fee per room I got. That’s a bit pricey. And it was so loud all night. You can hear doors slamming shut all night. The guy across the hall from me his door would slam shut every five minutes. They must know you can adjust how hard those doors shut. My nephew in the room on the opposite side of the hall like 10 rooms down, he didn’t sleep well either cz of the guy across from my room. That’s how loud it was”

“Walter is an A#1 Host!! The cottage was clean! The location is so convenient. My bed was so comfy and there was a TV in my bdrm as well as the large one in the LR. There's a screened in porch in the back w nice patio furniture. I had my morning coffee in the back yard sitting at the picnic table (1 of 2) . The cottage is in a residential area and the neighbors are quiet . I was very comfortable there.”

“Stayed for three nights August 2026. First night, room smelled musty and damp but was cool and we were tired so we slept. Went out for the next day and left AC on. Got back early evening and found water on the floor under the unit and the room was extremely damp. Found that the condensation for the AC was not draining. Called desk, was told no maintenance available till next morning and they could not move us to another room. All of our clothing was damp and none of our towels that we used in……
