“Decent parking near Main Street”

“Tile floor was dirty our feet were dirty from walking on it. Bathtub had a big bug in it and a clot of hair sticking to the side. Unfinished backsplash by bathroom sink and light fixture in bathroom did not have a cover on it. On the plus side bed was comfy.”

“This place is so charming! We really enjoyed our time here. The country is so quiet, it was the get-away we needed. The church is so spacious and oh so beautiful and our hosts were so hospitable. Quick access to the amenities of Downtown Cedar Falls with all the perks of a quiet country retreat. Hoping to book more stays here in the near future.”

“Very walkable to go out for dinner and drinks. A little loud below on the street until late but it didn’t bother us. We have family that just moved to town so we will definitely stay there again.”

“Our stay at this property was terrible. The first thing we noticed was that the picture posted on the VRBO site for the unit we rented for 2 nights is not at all the same unit we had. We were certainly deceived to find that the owners were posting pictures of a beautiful unit to only give you a unit that is a complete dump! The room smelled of smoke. We killed two spiders in the bathtub and found a web of spiders above the TV and on the floor baseboards. The bathroom floor had been painted……

“I absolutely love staying here! Every time I visit cedar falls this is the place I choose. Back the host is amazing with meeting needs and communication. It’s just a 1 -2 minute walk to downtown, literally just down a short alley. Housekeeping was attentive to needs. Huge shout out all the way around! ”
