The gas fireplace adds warmth and comfort. The dining area accommodates up to 6 guests at table seating, while the adjacent granite kitchen bar offers 3 stools at the counter. The kitchen has newer appliances, an instant-on hot water dispenser, and the expected array of small kitchen appliances. The living room has a 28-inch flat-screen TV with cable for viewing from the love seat, ottoman, or nearby seated dining area. There is a deck off the ground-level den with a rear fenced courtyard offering southwest views. The den has a new queen sofa sleeper, a 43-inch flat screen Smart TV with cable and an adjacent bath with shower and a washer and dryer. The unit does not have A/C.

The second level offers two bedrooms, each with an en-suite bath. The master suite offers a king bed, vaulted ceiling, 28-inch Smart TV with DVD only, and no cable, but is WiFi-linked for live streaming. The en-suite bath has a shower and bathtub. Partial mountain views can be enjoyed from this bedroom. The second bedroom also offers mountain views and has a queen bed and en-suite bathroom (shower only).

Complex Features: Alpine Villa Condominiums are conveniently located near the bike path and are within walking distance of the River Run ski lifts on Bald Mountain. The complex common area offers a coin-operated laundry facility. There is a free shuttle that will transport you to ski lifts on Bald Mountain, downtown Ketchum, and the Sun Valley and Elkhorn Resorts.
