별로입니다. 조금 떨어져 있더라고 다른곳을 선택하세요.
우선 방이 너무 좁고 답답합니다. 최악은 아니지만 좋은 컨디션은 아닙니다.
일반 TV가 없으며, 빔프로젝터 티비가 있는데, 빔프로젝터 소리때문에 제대로 TV시청이 어렵습니다.(안보는게 정신건강에 좋음)
욕실 및 화장실도 좁으며, 침대와 거리가 너무 가까워서 문을 열면 지나갈수 없을 정도입니다. 그리고 샤워장?? 샤워부스만 있고, 바닷가 해수욕장 공중 1인 샤워부스 느낌입니다.
작은 냉장고가 있긴 한데... 냉장기능을 하는지 의심스럽습니다.
전체적으로 시골 모텔수준보다 못한 수준이며, 복도에 사람지나가는 소리도 다 들리는 정도입니다.
숙박업소는 펜션이라고 하지만, 펜션아닙니다. 원룸수준도 아니며, 음식 요리할 생각은 절대 하지 말고, 조그마한 테이블이 있으나, 테이블을 펴면 두사람 겨우 마주보고 앉을 수 있으며, 그마저도 티비를 보면서 음식 먹기가 힘들정도 입니다.
사장님 펜션간판 내리시고, 유스텔정도로 바꾸시는게 어떠실까요? 관광지 바로 앞이어서 방값이 비싼건 이해하지만, 호스텔정도 수준을 펜션이라고 하면서 더 비싸게 받는건 해도 너무 한 수준입니다.
과거 여수엑스포 개최되기 전부터 여수에 살면서 종화동 인근 빈민가였던거 다 아는데... 설마 내가 이동네와서 14만원가까이 하는 숙박료를 지불하고, 형편없는 시설을 경험할 줄은 몰랐네요..
만약 별점을 주라면, 시설은 10점중에 2~3점이면 충분한 시설입니다. 가격은 10점중 1점도 아까운....

5층 커플방 너무 좁아 화장실,샤워실이 침대와 한걸음 사이에 있어 불편하다!!!!
후기가 괜찮아서 찾아갔었는데.. 펜션형을 이용해야 좋은건지..ㅜㅜ
우리는 커플로 5층에서 묵었는데 방이 완전 쪽방? 수준으로 완전 좁아서 엄청 불편했다 ㅜㅜ
냉장고에는 물도 없었고;; 비누도 없고,, 하룻밤 잠만 잘 계획이었고 낭만포차가 가까와서 이용하긴 했지만 돈이 아깝다;

예약은 침대 두개, 바닥 침구 1개로 했는데..
세상에 매트리스 한장에 가로로 세명자라고 방을 주네요..
취소한다고 했더니 인상쓰고..
여수 낭만포차가 유명해지면서 사람이 많아져서 그런지 서비스가 대단하십니다.
