「The house was perfect for our holiday — comfortable and roomy with a gorgeous, peaceful view of the Green Mountains. Great deck with a BBQ and an outdoor eating setup. The kitchen was well-stocked and the bedrooms were very nice. We appreciated the guidance in the visitor notebook about places to hike and god local restaurants. Alex was timely and helpful with our very few questions. I hope that we can return!」

「The General's Cabin was a wonderful place for my husband and me to celebrate our anniversary and my birthday. The cabin was exceptionally clean. Melissa had thought of everything you could possibly need. Inside had a well-stocked kitchen, a great coffee/tea bar, lots of little extras to make the stay enjoyable, extra towels, blankets, pillows etc. In the bathrooms there was a basket of soaps, lotions, shampoos and even toothbrushes in case you forgot to bring your own. 「We had a great long weekend in Vermont enjoying the area. Emerald Lake was beautiful and so fun (we brought our own kayaks, canoes, fishing gear). The house has plenty of room for a large group.
