A very disappointing experience

Room dirty with dust and not cleaned after my complaint. Breakfast and dinner are very basic with no minimum chouce of foods. It is a real shame and disgraceful for a supposed 4* hotel. The only positive point is the location.

Bra hotel i centrala Sundsvall bara ett par kvarter från stora torget. Middag ingick i priset men inte dryck till middagen som man tog bra betalt för. Trevlig personal och bra frukost dagen efter.
