「Disappointed and disgusted 」

「I have never stayed in such a bad hotel. If I could not give at least one star, I would definitely give it a zero. The floor is old, the sheets and pillows are stained, the wash basin and shower room are visibly yellowed, the paint is falling off, the small refrigerator and microwave buttons are not working, it is simply a large disaster scene. I am sure and I definitely hope that others can stay away from this hotel. I say it three times: stay away! Stay away! Stay away!」

「We have come here twice now while in town for the weekend. The staff is always welcoming and kind. The hotel is very clean and has a fresh scent…it doesn’t have a humid and musty feel the way other hotels tend to have. The breakfast offered was very good and kept well stocked. We will be here often during our travels to this town. Thank you for providing an excellent stay while we are exhausted from our travels.」

「It was a perfect stay! Great for young couples, and families. We had a maintenance request and they resolved it immediately while we were away at Disney. The staff are all so nice and welcoming, especially Amanda, and overall it was a great stay! If you feel nervous about the other reviews, don’t! It’s completely worth the price. It’s definitely not luxury, but it’s cost effective, the location is PERFECT, and genuinely has great vibes all around!」

「Our stay was disappointing overall. Our first room was 83°F, and after an hour it had only cooled to 78°F. We were moved to another room, but had to pack everything up and bring it to the front desk, only to find the new room was just three doors down. It would have been much easier if we had simply been given the new room number.
