Family Time!

We had an awesome experience at this house whose owners have an eye for attention to detail. The beach vibe is relaxing, and the bonus play room would be great for kids. No complaints here.

Lovely beach getaway!

The place was lovely! The layout was perfect for us, our two kids, and grandma. The house was also well stocked (both with linens, kitchen items, and paper products) and it was just a short walk to the water. This was our first trip to Sunset Beach and we’d love to come back!

Quick Beach Trip

Had an amazing time at No Worries! We love Sunset Beach in the early Fall! The property was clean! The house felt like new! Fully stocked with everything you might need. Very thoughtful and welcoming feel. Check-in and check-out was easy and seamless! We will be back to No Worries for sure!

Fantastic location and beautiful house!

This was the perfect location for our first family reunion! The kitchen wa dad stocked with all the items we needed, including a crab pot. The screened in porch was a big hit with the family! Very short walk to the beach was wonderful!

Beautifully convenient!

Everything is new and updated with lots of sleeping comfort for the kids and adults. So many amenities not found in most rentals. The owners were so easy to work with giving quick replies to every inquiry.

lovely visit

The house is updated, clean, well equipped, lovely! Features lots of extra touches to make your stay pleasant, and above the ordinary. The screened porch has new and comfortable furniture, even a small frig. There is also a well equipped coffee bar in the dining room. Everything is charming.

Wonderful wonderful!! Beautiful property and great location. The property had everything we needed for our stay. It was clean and well organized. Perfect spot for our family vacation

The house that has recently been renovated was perfect for us. The dining room is large and was able to fit all of us. The font, screened-in porch was very nice. It was a short, easy walk to the very nice beach. The boardwalk is pretty long with steps up and down over the dunes, but it was in perfect shape. We would definitely go back.

No Worries is Right!

We had a lovely stay at this sweet beach cottage! The cottage has everything you need for a visit to the beach: well-stocked kitchen, big dining room, beach equipment, grill, hammocks, comfortable living area,screened-in porch, and more! Walking distance to beach access and shops on island. We will definitely be back - hopefully to stay at “No Worries” cottage!! Thank you!! ❤️

Much needed relaxing getaway

I can't say enough good things about this property.! Perfect at every level ! Spotlessly clean, newly renovated, fabulous front porch with fan and comfortable furniture, owner always quick to respond, and the best part....the 2 chairs in the front shaded by a crepe myrtle.. ..wonderful to sit and read, have wine or just chill. No Worries... and they Mean It!

We enjoyed our stay at No Worries and the house lived up to its name. From the great communication the minute we made the booking straight through our stay and even after, the owners truly cared about you and your stay. The house has a great location within a short walking distance to the beach right at the end of the road. The house is so beautifully and tastefully decorated. Being a coffee drinker, the coffee station with both a keurig and programmable coffee pot were great to have there. The recent upgrades as noted in the property description truly makes a difference and you can tell the owners truly care about the property.

FANTASTIC!

The décor is Carolina Beach Shabby Chic meets Pottery Barn. Nice framed artwork as well. Pillows galore with cute sayings. The color scheme is pale aqua, turquoise, grey & white. Sit yourself down on the soft navy linen couch and take a nap!Finally a house with matching (white shell embossed porcelain) dishes so I can set a pretty table for dinner complete with a beautiful beachy centerpiece. The kitchen is well stocked for the cook in your group. The owners have tried hard to think of everything needed. Shampoo, conditioner, body wash, liquid hand soap in all the baths. Ceiling fans in every bedroom. Beach themed cotton linens. Beach towels. And check out the Keurig coffee bar! There were stacks of good beach-read books!There is a nice large screened-in porch in front with a cushioned rattan set, ceiling fans, perfect for reading with coffee in the mornings or an afternoon nap, and a larger sunning deck in back with an outdoor dining set. There is a wooden swing below deck and hammocks in which my son and baby grandson napped. Out front there are 2 anorak chairs and the ‘No Worries’ sign. Be sure to take a group picture there. This house may be a bit back row but we could still hear the ocean from the porch, particularly at high tide. The beach access is a very short walk. Take their beach wagon to carry your stuff. Your beach is halfway between the pier and the 40 access.With this great beach rental there’s no worries, no rush, no shoes, no problem.

No worries is right! This place has ALL the things!

From the time of booking to time of checking out, we had a seamless, stress free vacation experience at No Worries. Our family had 3 kids and 2 grandparents. Here’s what we loved the most: 1) House was exceptionally clean! 2) Kitchen was well stocked for large number of people. It has all the necessities for cooking and even an air fryer! 3) Third full bath downstairs in Rec room! 4) You have access to use more sand toys than you can imagine, plenty of beach chairs (that hold even us plus sized peeps) a cart that rolls in the sand to hold your chairs, toys. The cart even has a built in cooler bag. They also have beach umbrellas. Literally everything for everyone. 5) outdoor shower has hot water and great for showering after day at the beach. 6) all bathrooms and kitchens and laundry equipped with supplies for cleaning and washing. These are just a few of things we loved but definitely not all of them. 7) walking distance to the pier (12 min leisurely pace with kids and cart) Recommendations: Use the 34th street beach access if you take the cart or have someone who needs less stairs. It is just one street over but makes taking the cart and helped my special needs son and aging parents access the beach easily. We would def book again!

Great stay in Sunset Beach

This is a great property in Sunset Beach, NC. If you are looking for a quiet beach neighborhood, look no further. We did not want this trip to end! We spent a week at No Worries, and loved it. The house is roomy and very comfortable. We were four adults, myself, husband and two adult kids and had plenty of room to spread out. The house even has a separate rec room and bathroom downstairs, but we did not have use for it. It is great for small kids to have their own space, if needed. We did use the DVD player from the room downstairs and brought it upstairs to use, which was fine, although there were no batteries in the remote, just had to use the controls on the tv. Not a big deal. The house is a short walk to the beach access down the street, so you can carry everything you need with you there. My son rented a surfboard from a place in Ocean Isle Beach for a few days, so that was fun. The surf is great swimming and boogie boarding, too, we all enjoyed it. The ocean here is so clean, the sand is powdery soft, and the beach is very large. The tide changes each day, but there is plenty of beach to use. We found some great places to eat as well over the bridge in nearby Calabash. No shortage of seafood restaurants here!. We also love fishing, and did a half day fishing trip on a charter boat, also in Calabash. There is a fishing pier nearby, so it you want to bring your rods and reels, you can do that right here too. We really did have a great time. Overall great stay at the beach! Thank you to Allyson and Matt for letting us stay at your home by the beach!
