“Excellent front desk assistants”

“I usual stay at the property in Santa Maria as it is close to the office I work at. However, the property's interior is a bit outdated and the rooms seem to be inconsistently updated. The bathrooms are nice and roomy, but the low-flow shower heads mimics the amount of spray a spray bottle makes. Kind of ridiculous to spray very small amount of water therefore, the showers take longer. Thus, making any water savings extremely minimal. The staff are great and are happy to assist. No complaints.……

“I’m giving this review a three star rating because the front window curtain did not keep the light out from the outside and no window covering on the second window. Light in the room kept me awake all night.”

“Took a while to get checked in due to the person not being in the office when we got there, they had to be found by another employee. Bed was rather hard but better than sleeping in the truck. Otherwise was a nice place to stay.”

“This VRBO was a great value and is in a desirable location! Its a short walk away from downtown Orcutt where there are plenty of restaurants and shops to enjoy. There is a also a hiking trail you can walk to. Plenty of hiking and bicycling destinations from there. The house itself has everything you may need including Netflix, WiFi, a full kitchen and plenty of lounging areas. There's a large living room where you can play games and entertain. We appreciate staying here for our romantic……

“Bryan did a great job in his listing describing the property exactly as it is. We loved having the garage for mom, toddler, and dog to get in and out of the car, especially with bags from our outings. UPS is across the street and noisy during weekday mornings, but my toddler thankfully slept through the noise. The place was very clean and close to many stores and restaurants. Bryan literally thought of everything from cleaning supplies to easy access at check-in and giving us pre-arranged access……

“We stayed a week here. The cottage was Lovely and clean. The location is close to everything and the 101. The shared yard was beautiful and serene. Can’t wait to comeback!”
