“The new home was a lovely place to stay while we attended a variety of wedding events for our grandson in Valley View and Denton. It was well stocked for short visits and had beautiful views. This property seems to be relatively new to the short term rental market and in some ways a work in progress. Some additional landscaping enhancements we being developed. There were some minor issues but the customer service person was very pleasant and quick to respond and resolve our issues. We would……

“House is in a nice location. Everything worked. Was quiet and beds and bedding were great. Everyone slept very well. There is some maintenance that is needed. Some flooring has curled up and is a trip hazard. There are no grab bars in the bathrooms and there needs to be. The walk down to the water is steep and is via stone steps, which while they seem to be well secured there needs to be a railing the entire way. Outside of the building could use a good cleaning.”

John was a great communicator and quick to respond to questions and request. The house was spacious and had plenty of beds for all of us (as well as additional air mattresses).
