“You cannot beat the location: central, adjacent to the beach and only a stroll to bars, restaurants, shops and cafes. The rooms are well appointed and once the renovation project is completed, all rooms will be newly modernised. The resort has lovely pools, including a pool for kids and a spa. Free off street parking is also a huge bonus. One thing I would say - the areas around the pools and water features in particular are incredibly slippery and you need to take care when walking through……

“Our check in was after 2pm on a Sunday so front counter was closed. Room was comfortable, though it had ageing furniture. Cleaners must have been in a rush as no towels were left for us to use. There was no one to contact to rectify the issue. Fortunately the unit came with a washing machine and dryer so we were able to wash an old towel from in our car for use. There was a water glimpse from the balcony of our room. Floors and skirting boards could have been cleaner. Linen was clean Swimming……

“Property was really tired and rough around the edges. Chipped and cracked tiles along with flaking and faded paint, with mold in a few places. There was thick dirt scum on the fridge handle which I managed to clean off myself. But yeah, disgusting. Epic view of the water though, that was the highlight.”

“Location is good and quite near the Sunshine plaza and Maroochydore bus station. Room is large, clean and facility is modern. We lived here for five days. However, we felt disappointed that we could not find any dishes/plates and bowls provided even kitchen equipment (oven, microwave) was in there.”

“A newly self contained apartment. Have everything we need. Very nice sunrise view as well as lake view.”
