Located just 200 metres from the beach and a short stroll to Mooloolaba’s vibrant esplanade, this fabulous apartment is perfectly positioned for your next family holiday or couples’ getaway. Enjoy easy access to local cafes, restaurants, boutique shops, the lifeguard-patrolled shores of Mooloolaba Beach and the scenic coastal pathway stretching from Mooloolah River to Alexandra Headland, all while being tucked away in a quiet, secure complex with dedicated basement parking.
The Space:
Step inside to a fresh, coastal-inspired interior with open-plan living, a fully equipped kitchen, and everything you need for a relaxed and comfortable stay.
Living & Dining: A spacious lounge with comfortable seating, air-conditioning, smart TV (with free WiFi & Netflix), and an indoor dining area. The space opens onto a private terrace, perfect for outdoor dining while overlooking the pool and palm trees.
Kitchen: Fully equipped and stocked with all the essentials, including a Lavazza coffee machine and air fryer. Ideal for those who enjoy eating in. You will have everything you need for a short or extended stay (please note there is no dishwasher)
Bedrooms:
- The master bedroom has a king size bed, flat screen TV and private ensuite.
- The second bedroom consists of 2 single beds which can be pushed together to make a king bed, creating a versatile space for both adults and children (please advise on bedding configuration when booking).
- The third bedroom is a smaller room with a single bed, perfect for a child or teenager (Please note: There is no window in this bedroom).
The second bathroom has a combined shower bath and separate toilet. Plus full laundry facilities.

The fitness culture is evident with everyone from power walkers to board paddlers rising early to view the beautiful sunrise and enjoy the lovely mornings.
During off-season periods and weeknights the town is noticeably quieter and you will most likely find the locals rolling out a picnic blanket to enjoy the stunning sunset.
The property also sits close to the Coastal Pathway: Mooloolah River to Alexandra Headland, offering a scenic stretch ideal for walking, running, or cycling. With ocean views, playgrounds, and shaded picnic spots along the way, it’s a favourite for families and those who love getting outdoors.
Getting Around:
Bus 600 picks you up in either direction at the end of Meta Street (beach end) taking you North to Sunshine Plaza at Maroochydore or South to Aussie World at Palmview and Australia Zoo at Beerwah and everything in between. Please refer to Translink for more details. Uber is available in Mooloolaba.

The apartment is located on the second floor and is only accessible by stairs.
Basement entrance height is 2.4 metres.
